Our groomers are dedicated to providing the highest quality service and are evaluated internally based on quality scores and customer feedback. This ensures that your pet receives the best care and attention during their grooming session.

The frequency of grooming for your dog or cat depends on several factors, including coat type, age, activity levels, and any specific skin conditions. Generally, we recommend grooming every 4 to 8 weeks. During your first visit, our grooming professional will assess your pet’s needs and work with you to create a custom care schedule that ensures your pet stays healthy and comfortable.

We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly, so if you need to make changes within 24 hours of your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
Please note that cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a $50 fee.

We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive after this period, a late fee may be applied, and we may need to reschedule your appointment.
